Our client is one of the fastest-growing commercial banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe. They are looking for a senior professional for a key strategic role, who will play a pivotal part in the development and further improvement of the digital loyalty program in the following position:

System Analyst (Loyalty domain)

If you:

  • have a higher education degree in IT, engineering, or possibly in business,
  • have at least 5 years of experience as a systems analyst, particularly in technological solutions, system integration, and data management,
  • have gained some of your experience in the banking sector,
  • are familiar with front-end development principles and have practical experience in it,
  • have worked on data integration, migration, or other integration projects,
  • are able to transform business requirements into technical specifications and manage the entire development lifecycle,
  • are proficient in system analysis tools, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI),
  • have knowledge of system architecture, APIs, data modelling, and cloud technologies,
  • can quickly identify technical issues and propose effective solutions,
  • have excellent communication skills, including collaboration with technical and non-technical teams from different fields,
  • are familiar with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence,
  • have strong English skills, both written and spoken,

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering business requirements and transforming them into technical specifications for development teams
  • Close collaboration with IT development and product teams in planning and implementing technological solutions to support the loyalty program’s goals
  • Working with architects to ensure compliance with guidelines and find optimal solutions
  • Managing system integration with client-side systems
  • Analysing data flows for seamless data exchange
  • Advising on the technical feasibility of front-end development
  • Collaborating with external partners and internal teams in managing integrations
  • Defining testing requirements, creating test cases, and supervising tests
  • Collaborating with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs
  • Testing and validating the developments of the loyalty program
