Their projects primarily focus on the financial services and insurance sectors, where they work on initiatives related to banking IT systems, business processes, and enterprise solutions. To support the expansion of their projects, they are seeking professionals with Flexcube experience for the following position:
Systems Analyst / Business Analyst (Flexcube)
Key responsibilities:
- Performing business and/or IT analysis and design activities related to the Flexcube (core banking) system
- Eliciting, structuring, and documenting business requirements
- Collaborating closely with project managers, business teams, and IT stakeholders
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of and documenting banking processes and product functionality
- Specifying development requirements and providing professional support during implementation and testing
- Managing project-related administrative and documentation tasks
Candidate profile:
- A university degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Relevant experience gained in a banking environment
- Hands-on experience with the Flexcube system (from a business, analytical, or IT perspective)
- Knowledge of core banking systems and core banking processes
- Understanding of the fundamental interdependencies within banking IT architecture
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken
- Openness to diverse responsibilities and new professional challenges
Desirable experience:
- Experience in Flexcube implementation, migration, or development projects
- Participation in international projects
- Use of additional European languages in a professional environment
- Willingness to travel and undertake occasional assignments abroad
