Test Manager
If you:
- have at least 3-4 years of experience in testing/test planning/test management,
- are familiar with test management methodologies and testing tools,
- are capable of strategic-level understanding, coordination of testing, and defining new directions, when necessary,
- have gained some experience in the professional supervision of development/testing teams,
- hold a technical or economic degree (university or college),
- are open to learning new technologies and quickly adapting to them,
- have at least intermediate English language skills, especially in writing,
- are an enthusiastic and innovative person who values continuous development,

Your responsibilities will include:
- developing and implementing new testing methods into the existing testing operational model
- establishing, implementing, and maintaining test management methodologies
- planning, executing, and coordinating IT-related tests
- creating test strategies, validating test plans, and participating in their production
- providing professional support and coordination (resource management, delegation, professional competence development, mentoring) for the testing team (4 internal and 10 external testers)
- participating in IT-development projects
- stakeholder management – continuous collaboration and communication with departments, project managers, and developers
- participating in the establishment and extension of test automation, supporting the introduction of the automation tool (Katalon Studio)
- ensuring compliance during audits
- preparing reports and summaries
