Valuation Services Manager
(Corporate Finance Manager – Valuation)
Purpose of the position:
The Valuation Services Manager will be responsible for leading corporate and project valuation engagements, preparing financial models and business plans, and developing decision-support analyses and presentations. The purpose of the role is to provide clients with valuations and analyses compliant with International Valuation Standards (IVS), based on up-to-date market and industry knowledge, enabling informed business decisions and contributing to the professional and commercial growth of the valuation practice.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prepare company and project valuations (DCF, market multiples, and transaction comparables)
- Prepare and validate business plans and financial forecasts
- Develop decision-support presentations, financial models, and return-on-investment calculations
- Conduct analyses of clients’ business performance and assess market and economic environments
- Manage projects end-to-end, including timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Participate actively in proposal and contract negotiation processes
- Represent the company in client communication, including written and oral presentations
- Provide professional guidance and mentoring to advisory project teams
What they expect from you:
- University degree in economics, finance, or accounting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and taxation
- Strategic mindset and ability to think in complex business contexts
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly analytical approach
